The Nordic Championship in FAI/F3A and F3A/Nordic was held on Maarud 30th June - 3rd July 2005 with participants from all Nordic countries except Iceland.

Bulletin 1 for the Nordic Championship 2005 have been mailed to all aeromodelling bodies in the Nordic and Baltic countries. On the 7th and 8th of May 2005 we are organizing our 3rd Annual Open International F3A- FAI Competition. We have selected these dates because is the beginning of the season and before any other official FAI competition in Europe. Spring time in Cyprus is the most beautiful time of the year. The temperature is around 22°– 33° Celsius and the combination of the CYPRUS blue sky and the green of the haystacks makes our Island a paradise for Tourists. This is a unique opportunity to practice and get ready before the 24th F3A World Championships in France or any other official event. Sebastiano Silvestri, Massimo Selva, Marcus Zeiner, Luca Friggeri, are some of the most popular F3A FAI pilots who will attend this event. We have invited also International judges and FAI official representatives who have promised that will support us. Please find attached our 1st official bulletin for more information. Furthermore we remain at your disposal for any further clarification or support you may required.
